Role Overview:
- The Medical Science Liaison serves as a critical scientific bridge between Rezolute and the external healthcare community.
- This role focuses on supporting scientific engagement and launch readiness for multiple indication launches over the next 2-4 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and profile regional and national key opinion leaders, establishing peer-to-peer relationships within endocrine and metabolic therapeutic areas.
- Provide scientific support for medical education, congress staffing, advisory boards, and data generation activities.
- Capture and report field-based medical insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years as an MSL or comparable industry/clinical role, with at least 2 years in rare disease.
- Advanced medical, clinical, nursing, or similar degree required (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, PA, or equivalent).
- Willingness to travel 60-75%, with a valid driver's license and proximity to a major airport.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range from $185,000 to $240,000, depending on qualifications and location.
- Eligible for annual performance bonus.
