Order Management & Systems Integrity:
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of EDI and manual orders.
- Audit and manage the data flow into our 3PL’s WMS, serving as the internal lead for system integrity.
- Act as the primary link between the corporate office and the warehouse to reconcile discrepancies.
Fulfillment & Logistics Excellence:
- Monitor the Open Orders Report daily to prioritize shipments and mitigate delays.
- Oversee the lifecycle of order documentation, including Invoices and Bills of Lading.
- Partner with the Distribution team to troubleshoot bottlenecks in manual and EDI workflows.
Stakeholder Relations & Reporting:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal sales teams and external retail partners.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects.
