- Own end-to-end order fulfillment lifecycle.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex discrepancies.
- Ensure data integrity across systems.
Customer Experience & Technical Support:
- Act as a senior point of contact for enterprise customers.
- Translate customer order requirements into entitlement configurations.
- Oversee license portal management.
Process Improvement & Operational Leadership:
- Identify and implement scalable improvements to fulfillment workflows.
- Create and maintain fulfillment work instruction documentation.
- Mentor junior team members.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop and present operational dashboards.
- Leverage Excel, Power BI for trend analysis.
- Drive strategic insights from activation data.
