Job Description
Cold calling potential clients 30–50 calls per day. Tracking contacts in the company’s CRM to build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers. Maintaining sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports is essential. Account Executives train brokers on HomeXpress Mortgage Corp’s products and policies & procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines. They add value by working directly with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs. Staying abreast of underwriting guideline and program changes, pre-underwriting/pre-qualifying loan files and Provide on-going service and support to brokers is also important.
