Position Overview:
The Staff Accountant ensures accuracy and integrity in all accounting processes, preparing financial statements and managing general ledger activities to support month-end and year-end closes.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements for Board and lender presentations.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.
- Analyze inventory transactions, prepare bank reconciliations, and assist with audits, tax filings, and acquisition due diligence.
Qualifications & Benefits:
- Requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 3+ years of corporate accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in ERP applications like NetSuite.
