Responsibilities:
- Own data quality in CRM systems like HubSpot or Q360, ensuring all deals and activities are accurate and complete.
- Generate weekly pipeline reports and manage the end-to-end coordination of RFP responses to meet deadlines.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations using standard templates and a reusable content library.
Qualifications:
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in sales support and operations with strong CRM expertise.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Office 360, document structuring, and the RFP process with strong writing and formatting abilities.
- Exhibit extreme attention to detail, an ownership mindset, and the ability to manage time under pressure while pushing stakeholders for inputs.
