Business Analyst

Seeking a remote Business Analyst to be a part of a remote team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Business Analyst must have experience creating work breakdown structures and development of program schedules and assigning software development team personnel to tasks. An ideal candidate will have experience engaging with business stakeholders, collecting, and evaluating business needs and processes. The candidate must reside within the continental US. Responsibilities include leading a team and engaging in all aspects of SAFe Agile software development, primarily for planning and design. Identifying and resolving project issues, analyzing complex business problems and determining IT solutions. Collaborating with Developers and UX/UI designers to help translate visual concepts into functional online experiences. The role also coordinates documentation updates, team communications, and conducts post-project evaluations, defining objectives and scope of business systems, gathering and analyzing business data and user needs, and providing recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goals.
