Job Description
As a Senior Analyst for Experian's North America Corporate Development team, you will help support Experian's inorganic growth opportunities. You will conduct research, provide analysis for market opportunities, assist with due diligence, and engage with the Corporate Development and Strategy teams, as well as Executives. You will report to the Head of M&A for Experian North America. You'll have the opportunity to conduct detailed financial and valuation analysis of market opportunities and potential acquisition targets, play an active role in all phases of transaction execution, and prepare internal investment papers.
