Administrator II, Applications Systems

Responsibilities:

• Primary administration and integration within our SaaS Enterprise Content Management (Document/Workflow) Suite, ensuring all environments are managed to meet service level agreements.
• Implement security measures and access controls, analyze system performance for recommendations, and provide responsive technical assistance with documented configurations.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, with 3+ years in Application and Server Administration (5+ preferred).
• Hands-on technical experience maintaining servers, with enterprise Windows Administration knowledge including Certificate Services, Web Services, and Security.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python), database technologies (Oracle, SQL), and application support for platforms like M365, Dynamics Cloud, and Atlassian Suite.

Additional Details:

• This role provides after-hours support and backup administration to other teammates, participating in compliance program objectives.
• The position works directly with various teams to improve performance, ensure high availability, and administer the overall health of the application environment.
