Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Server Operating Systems running on physical and VM platforms.
- Install, Upgrade, and Maintain Monitoring Application Software.
- Document policies, procedures and issues in ticketing system.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree and 5 years or more of experience.
- Experience using Remedy or a similar ticketing system.
- Demonstrated professional experience with Windows Server 2012; Windows Server 2016.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities.

- Professional remote office environment.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
