Job Description
The Director of Global Compliance will play a pivotal role in ensuring Accurate Background adheres to all relevant international, national, and local laws and regulations pertaining to background screening. Responsibilities include developing and implementing global compliance procedures, monitoring regulatory changes, and serving as a subject matter expert for internal teams and customers. The role also involves designing compliance training programs, identifying process improvements, and leading a global compliance team. Cross-functional collaboration is key, including resolving compliance issues and supporting customer-facing teams with compliance communication. Requirements include 10+ years' experience in background screening, in-depth knowledge of global compliance, and strong leadership and communication skills.
