Flock Safety is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and storytelling for one of our core product lines. This role will define how our products show up in the market, lead launches that drive adoption and revenue, and help customers—from city agencies to private businesses—understand how our technology solves real public safety challenges. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Revenue, serving as the connective tissue between teams, ensuring our go-to-market efforts are fast, coordinated, and backed by clear internal and external customer understanding.
The first 30 days will focus on understanding the hardware and software experience, align on priorities with leadership, conduct stakeholder interviews, audit existing content, and define key investigation workflows to create a clear 60-day roadmap. Then, the focus shifts to building high-quality demo materials, developing new scripts, and piloting new materials with select teams. Finally, the goal is to launch assets across all field teams, execute communications, and establish a repeatable PMM operating rhythm.
