Order Processing & Data Entry:

  • Review incoming order submissions and determine appropriate order type and system routing
  • Accurately enter and update orders in the appropriate systems (ERP, order management systems, AS400)
  • Review order details to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies

Communication & Support:

  • Reach out to appropriate teams to resolve incomplete or incorrect order information
  • Communicate effectively to ensure timely resolution of order-related issues
  • Provide updates on order status as needed

Work Environment:

  • Reliable and consistent in attendance, with the ability to meet scheduled hours and deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy
