What You’ll Do:
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on FTC and FDA advertising and marketing issues as they pertain to health products.
- Review product claims and substantiation evidence, assessing regulatory and legal risk.
- Collaborate with medical, legal, regulatory, and marketing teams to support advertising review.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
- 5+ years of experience advising on product claims for FDA or FTC-regulated products.
- Strong knowledge of FTC advertising standards, including claim substantiation and comparative advertising.
