Product Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the quality and completeness of the regulatory data at the heart of our product.
• Own the recurring monitoring and verification cycles that keep our regulatory coverage current.
• Set up and maintain customer configurations end to end, and run the final quality gate before a customer goes live.

Collaboration and Improvement:

• Act as the connective tissue between Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
• Identify what's slow, manual or error-prone, and drive it toward automation.
• Document and improve processes to ensure quality doesn't depend on who is doing the work.
