Job Description

About the Role:

  • Key strategic partner to the business.
  • Take ownership of Cresta’s commercial contracting function.
  • Trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, Product, Security, and Customer Success leaders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Independently negotiate, draft, and advise on complex commercial agreements.
  • Balance risk management with deal velocity and customer experience.
  • Continuously improve scalable contracting processes, templates, and negotiation playbooks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-7+ years of legal experience, with deep expertise negotiating sophisticated commercial technology agreements.
  • Strong command of data privacy, security, and regulatory frameworks impacting modern tech businesses.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
