Build the Foundation for Scale:
- Systematize Success by establishing frameworks for co-marketing requests and MDF allocation.
- Measure KPIs like Partner-Sourced Pipeline, Deal Registrations, and MDF ROI.
- Track activation rates and adjust strategies based on revenue drivers.
