Collaboration:

Work with developers, QA, and stakeholders to coordinate implementation.
Support user acceptance testing and post-launch troubleshooting.
Maintain product documentation and identify process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in business analysis or ERP consulting, with distribution domain experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
