Functional Consultant, EMEA

About the Job:

• The Functional Consultant will be essential in gathering and analyzing client business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
• This role will collaborate closely with technical teams to design and configure solutions that precisely meet client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective implementation.

What You'll Do:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with 3+ years in functional consulting within fintech.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably ERP or CRM.
• Fluency in English required; fluency in French is a strong plus.
