As Senior Revenue Operations Manager, be the strategic and operational backbone of Amplemarket's GTM engine, designing systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable, scalable revenue growth. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to turn data into action, remove friction from the buyer journey, and accelerate go-to-market execution.

As an HCM Analyst you will work with our customers to ensure an exceptional implementation experience and system solutions delivery. You will support the HCM & GP Onboarding Consultants and wider business to deliver a successful implementation and exceptional client experience by ensuring successful requirements and workflows mapping, data migrations, system set ups and designing user manuals implementing technology solutions.

This is a senior individual contributor role embedded directly within the CRO organization to support teams in driving upsell and new business within our customer base. You'll act as a strategic partner to the Sales team, anticipating data needs, surfacing key insights, and helping guide decision-making with clear, actionable recommendations. This is not just a reporting role.
