Senior Manager, Software Engineering

This position will lead security-focused engineering teams, driving technical execution with a focus on security, privacy, and compliance. Responsibilities include championing secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles, driving advanced security testing, including reverse engineering to identify vulnerabilities. The role will also guide security-critical desktop and web development using C++ and cloud-based backend systems like AWS, ensuring platform integrity under adversarial conditions. Collaboration with Product, Security, QA, and Compliance teams to mitigate risk. Own the evolution of the system architecture with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and resilience against tampering and cheating. Candidate will need to hire and develop engineers with a strong security mindset.
