Product Training Manager

The Product Training Manager will own the end-to-end development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our product training strategy. This role serves as a critical bridge between our product development teams and our employees, translating complex product functionality into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences. The Product Training manager will especially be responsible for ensuring our Client organizations have the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the understanding, value, and adoption of our product solutions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive training approach aligned with product roadmaps and company objectives. They will produce diverse training materials including interactive e-learning modules, video tutorials, hands-on workshops and quick reference guides. They will also partner with Product, Research and Development, Professional Services and Sales teams to gain a deep understanding of product roadmaps and facilitate interactive workshops designed to accelerate product knowledge and skills uptake.
