Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance product implementations.
- Partner with Product Managers, Actuaries, Compliance, and Engineering to translate product specifications into system requirements.
- Configure and support the implementation of insurance products, including coverages, rating structures, and underwriting rules.
Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in insurance product implementation or business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
