Key Responsibilities:

Act as subject matter expert and surface product gaps.

Qualifications:

Three or more years of customer-facing implementation experience in SaaS or fire prevention.
Strong knowledge of fire prevention, code enforcement, and inspection practice.
Experience translating regulatory requirements into software configuration.
