Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure the Scheduling module to match agency staffing policies, including shift patterns, rotations, minimum staffing, overtime hierarchies, trades, and certifications.
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions to capture current practices and convert them into documented configuration plans.
  • Validate configurations against real scenarios before go-live, including peak-staffing, holiday, and exception conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of customer-facing implementation or configuration experience in SaaS, or equivalent public safety scheduling experience.
  • Strong public safety industry knowledge including fire and EMS shift structures and operational scheduling practices.
  • Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
