Configure the Scheduling module to match agency staffing policies, including shift patterns, rotations, minimum staffing, overtime hierarchies, trades, and certifications.
Lead requirements-gathering sessions to capture current practices and convert them into documented configuration plans.
Validate configurations against real scenarios before go-live, including peak-staffing, holiday, and exception conditions.

Qualifications:

Three or more years of customer-facing implementation or configuration experience in SaaS, or equivalent public safety scheduling experience.
Strong public safety industry knowledge including fire and EMS shift structures and operational scheduling practices.
Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
