About the Role:

  • Own the configuration and deployment of field response modules.
  • Serve Core agencies and contribute to Enterprise engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command modules.
  • Partner with Implementation Managers to deliver milestones.
  • Maintain project status and documentation in Rocketlane.

Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of customer-facing implementation experience.
  • Strong public safety industry knowledge including fire ground operations.
  • Familiarity with GIS and mapping concepts.
