Senior People Partner

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior People Partner, joining our People team. In this role, you will focus on enabling and supporting Remote through extraordinary growth. As a Senior People Partner, you'll play a key role within the People team, leading conversations on staff relations, assisting our leaders, and creating better programs and tools for our employees. You'll also be involved in shaping strategies that support and grow Remote's workforce. Key responsibilities include partnering with the executive team, leading core People initiatives, identifying and solving challenges proactively, owning complex employee relations cases, and collaborating with the People team to implement global programs. This role requires proven experience as a strategic People Partner in a global, high-growth environment, ideally supporting 300+ employees in B2B SaaS or similar industries.
