Job Description

Process Pro Consulting is looking for a strategic, client-facing HubSpot Consultant who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. If you love solving complex problems, building smart HubSpot solutions, and guiding B2B clients to operational success—you’ll fit right in. In this role, you won’t just implement HubSpot. You’ll translate big-picture business goals into customized, scalable CRM and marketing automation solutions —partnering directly with clients to architect, implement, and optimize their systems across the entire customer journey. You’ll act as a trusted consultant, owning projects from discovery through delivery, leading end-to-end HubSpot projects—including onboarding, migrations, integrations, and custom implementations. You will translate business processes into strategic solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, build and optimize workflows, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, pipelines, custom properties, and user roles and guide clients through strategic planning, technical solutioning, and RevOps best practices.
