Accountabilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution of executive engagement for the CRO, ensuring external interactions with users, partners, and enterprise stakeholders are purposeful and high-impact.
  • Develop and maintain a structured view of strategic customer relationships, including tracking engagement history, commitments, and relationship coverage across executive stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end preparation for executive meetings by synthesizing account context, competitive dynamics, objectives, and stakeholder insights into high-quality briefing materials.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in roles such as chief of staff, executive engagement, strategic programs, management consulting, sales, or similar disciplines with exposure to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong executive-level writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce precise, structured, and high-impact briefing materials.
  • Proven ability to design and scale programs, operating cadences, or frameworks in complex, cross-functional environments.
