The Role:

  • Apply a value-driven consultative sales approach to create and cultivate strategic relationships within the Life Sciences & Pharma industry.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to value realization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with C-level stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.

The Work:

  • Manage accounts from an existing customer perspective using a land-and-expand model.
  • Engage cross line-of-business at C-level and below to drive Celonis Process Intelligence sales motions.
  • Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams including BDRs, marketing, partners, and pre-sales.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience spanning Management Consulting and SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders up to C-level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English.
