Your expertise will be crucial in empowering clients to embrace automation and redefine their workflows. Some key responsibilities include ownership of GRR and Book of Business, leading GRC Transformation Projects, acting as Trusted Advisor to CISOs and Executives, monitoring Account Health Metrics, Drive Strategic Reviews, and mentoring the CS team as a SME. The company requires 6-10 years of experience in customer success, strong project management skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
