Job Description
We’re seeking experienced customer service agents to join our team at ParcelHero. The successful candidate will relish the responsibility and challenge of problem solving and working to deadlines, in a demanding environment that forces you to multitask. This role is mainly ticket and live help focused, so you should excel in written communication, be committed to going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and have a good level of diplomacy, when dealing with customer queries and complaints.
You should genuinely enjoy interacting and building relationships with customers with fluent English, both written and verbal. Also critical thinking and problem solving skills are needed.
