Associate Claim Rep, Outside Property

Training and Development:

• Structured training classes with virtual, classroom, and on-the-job components.
• Development of skills in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation.
• Program typically lasts 9-12 months leading to independent claim handling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate and evaluate all relevant facts including leases, contracts, and by-laws.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in management systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED and one year customer service experience, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to access and inspect all areas of a dwelling or structure.
• Acquisition of Insurance License(s) and participation in Catastrophe Response Program.
