Associate Director IT Governance (m/f/d)

About the Role:

• Lead the Governance function, ensuring transparent, data-driven steering of the IT portfolio, financials, and performance across all domains and functions.
• Own the Governance operating model across Portfolio Management, Performance & Insights, and Financials & Analytics.
• Manage a team of 10, ensuring reliable performance insights, effective governance cycles, and continuous improvement of governance maturity.

About Your Tasks:

• Design, own, and continuously improve the Governance operating model so that IT investment and delivery decisions are transparent and consistent.
• Define and maintain governance standards for portfolio steering, performance management, and financial/vendor management so that domains operate against one consistent framework.
• Establish enterprise-wide KPIs and reporting standards and own core governance forums covering demand management, OpEx/CapEx reviews, and architecture alignment.

About You:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT governance, portfolio management, or financial management, including leadership experience.
• Proven track record of running structured governance cycles in a matrixed organization.
