Responsibilities:
- Utilize automatic prompt generation tools to create baseline prompts for complex template clusters.
- Run and supervise automated prompt optimization, review outputs, and flag deadlocks or plateaus.
- Manually draft, test, and refine prompts to handle edge cases and anti-patterns.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in English and a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Prompt Engineer with proven LLM tuning skills.
- Strong proficiency in SQL or data analytics tools and ability to quickly learn proprietary tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade LLM interfaces like the Goose API.
- Experience in AI model evaluation, data science, or computational linguistics.
- Hands-on experience with automated prompt optimization systems.
Compliance:
- Must be based in the United States and able to verify identity and work authorization.
- All new employees must complete a live video verification with selected IDs within first 3 days.
