Director, Technical Program Management

What You'll Do:

• Contribute to the organization’s TPM/Delivery strategy by establishing operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling that scale across portfolios.
• Drive development of and alignment on program roadmap anchored in business objectives, definition of done, technical solutions, and sequencing of dependencies.
• Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and ensure architectural alignment toward long-term platform convergence and reuse.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service oriented architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services, preferably AWS.
• 3+ years of experience building highly scalable products and platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
• 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs.
• Experience in building systems within a highly regulated environment.
• MBA or Master's Degree in a related technical field.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience driving platform standardization across multiple product portfolios.
• Track record of building TPM maturity within engineering organizations.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills.
