Staff Technical Program Manager

Role Description:

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from strategy through execution, launch, iteration, and completion.
• Partner closely with engineering leaders, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to establish program plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Drive execution across multiple teams, creating clarity around priorities, ownership, timelines, and outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, developing practical mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear communication on program health, progress, tradeoffs, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Make thoughtful tradeoff recommendations balancing technical complexity, customer impact, business priorities, and resources.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or product development.
• At least 5 years managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to understand software development projects, architectures, and emerging technologies.
