New Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Applications

Ready to learn and grow in the world of Enterprise Applications, working at the intersection of business processes, technology, and the future of agentic AI? Cribl is seeking a developing Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who is passionate about systems administration, business analysis, and supporting high-performing teams. In this role, you'll split time between the administration of both Salesforce and ancillary business systems, shadowing and assisting both Product Managers and the Enterprise Applications Engineering team (admins and developers). You’ll help ensure our business systems are running smoothly, assist with process improvements, and contribute to critical projects while developing your skills and knowledge alongside experienced mentors. You’ll receive formal and informal training on agentic AI tools and practices, progressively taking on responsibility to design, automate, and optimize business system workflows.
