RCM Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day team performance, conducting 1-1s and huddles while personally handling complex benefit verifications, prior authorizations, and AR follow-up.
• Develop team members through coaching, create SOPs and payer playbooks, and identify workflow improvements including AI integration.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in commercial benefit verification, prior authorization, and AR follow-up, with the ability to teach and audit these skills.
• Proven experience managing remote teams, fluency in RCM metrics, and comfort using AI tools like Claude or Gemini in daily work.
