About the Team:

• The Super Squad GDO is responsible for the global Intraselect Services for business and large customers of Deutsche Telekom.
• The team ensures smooth operation of IP-VPN-based services across the entire lifecycle, from provisioning to decommissioning.

Role Objective:

• As an Agile Expert, you support the organization in establishing effective and sustainable agility at the organizational level.
• You empower teams, leaders, and units to apply agile principles practically and align with strategic goals.
• This role goes beyond classic Scrum Master tasks, focusing on organizational development and the Flight Levels mindset.

Your Responsibilities:

• Guide and develop teams, units, and the overall organization in complex transformation and development processes.
• Design and implement agile operating and decision-making models, connecting strategy, coordination, and execution.
• Foster cross-organizational collaboration, transparency, and systemic thinking, and facilitate effective learning and innovation spaces.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in an agile environment, organizational development, or complex transformation processes.
• Deep understanding of the Flight Levels mindset and confidence in applying it to connect strategy, coordination, and operational work.
• Strong coaching and moderation skills, proficiency in Miro, and very good German language skills.
