The role involves defining clear product requirements and success metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch compliant solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to assess buy vs. build opportunities and ensure compliance with card networks and legal teams. Analyzing program performance, educating teams, and monitoring the competitive landscape are also key responsibilities.
