Payroll Manager

The Payroll Manager will lead a remote payroll department that services more than 400 of our physician clients’ accounts across the U.S. This role will oversee the TPA payroll process, manage daily workflows, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures.

This role requires strong leadership, multi-tasking, and expertise in payroll operations, tax filings, and client relationship management within a high-volume environment. The manager will oversee multi-client payroll operations, manage tax filings, resolve discrepancies, and stay current on payroll laws. The role also involves new client onboarding and serving as the escalation point for complex client issues.
