M&A Integration

Create playbooks and processes as the foundation for future M&A. Actively participate in diligence processes including advising on deal structure, GTM integration, strategic business questions, etc. Captain and project manage cross-functional workstreams for all parts of integration. Report to executive leadership on integration milestones. Build a best-in-class integration function at Figma. We'd love to hear from you if you have 8+ years of relevant experience in M&A, business operations, consulting or other strategic business roles and 2+ years of experience in leading M&A Integration. Ability to manage complex processes from start to finish and a desire to work cross-functionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion.
