Speak is seeking a motivated and empathetic Part-Time Customer Engagement Specialist to join the B2B team. In this role, you will focus on enterprise end learners, ensuring they successfully activate their accounts and achieve their English goals. You will be instrumental in helping individuals unlock their potential through the AI-powered language learning platform, making a tangible difference in their journey to fluency. You will proactively reach out to learners via calls, emails, and SMS to encourage product activation and sustained usage. Monitoring learner progress towards specific usage targets and providing support to meet these objectives, partnering with Customer Success Managers to understand account-specific engagement strategies. You will adapt and craft compelling messages and contribute to building engagement materials. Assisting learners in navigating the Speak platform to ensure a smooth learning experience is important.
