Job Description

We are seeking skilled and service-minded individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will handle inbound customer interactions for major brands, using our provided systems to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. The position is phone-based and offers schedule flexibility and the ability to provide support from your designated workspace. Before servicing can begin, a multi-step onboarding and client certification process is required. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, assisting customers, using provided tools to document and resolve customer needs, following established protocols, participating in certification courses, delivering service in a brand-aligned manner, and maintaining performance targets.
