Engineering Manager II

The Zebra is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead our growing team! As Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers to develop and maintain scalable, high-impact solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong engineering background, experience in people leadership, and the ability to drive technical strategy while balancing business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, lead engineers, and ensure the team delivers high-quality products that align with the company’s goals. You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance coaching. You will also partner with recruiting to attract, hire, and onboard aligning engineering talent.
