About the Role:
- Reports to Curriculum Leader, works integrally with engineering, marketing, and services teams.
- Must work cross-functionally to deliver technical enablement assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design curriculum: personas, modality, learning objectives, project planning, SME coordination.
- Develop video, HTML, PDF, presentation assets and LMS courseware templates.
- Manage curriculum lifecycle, review feedback, and communicate progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years relevant experience; excellent written English.
- Experienced software practitioner proficient with software tools and configuration.
- Preferred: industrial automation or manufacturing software experience and training delivery.
