Job Description
As the first dedicated IT hire at Ashby, you will play a crucial role in shaping and scaling their IT infrastructure. This involves being the primary contact for all IT-related matters, building upon the existing IT foundation, and ensuring smooth operations as the company continues to grow. You'll be responsible for providing user-facing support, managing backend systems, and proactively identifying areas for improvement. Ashby is looking for someone who can think strategically about how IT should scale with the company and is excited about laying the foundation for a future IT team. The ideal candidate is curious, constantly seeks improvements, and is comfortable managing tasks and projects independently.
