Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with professionalism and energy.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through client interactions. Reply to customer tickets, emails, and calls quickly and clearly. Create simple graphics, support content, or walkthrough videos using tools like Canva or Loom. Develop resources (playbooks, guides, training material) that make the customer experience smoother. Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects and operational tasks.
