The Basics:
- Advanced Consulting Engineers are post-sale product experts who communicate technical nuances to help Tanium customers achieve business objectives.
- They handle extraordinary customer engagement issues at enterprise and major accounts, providing product-specific guidance for advanced use cases.
What You'll Do:
- Drive business objective realization in complex or stalled adoption scenarios throughout the customer journey.
- Enable end-users to effectively use Tanium products through in-depth knowledge transfer.
- Support post-sales technical advisory and document complex product configurations into runbooks.
We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of industry experience with solid technical skills in networking, security, operations, scripting, or programming.
- Extensive hands-on Tanium experience and ability to lead customers and internal teams.
- Critical thinking, good judgment, independence, and strong communication and influencing skills.
